Van Der Valk Hotel Schiedam

The manager she is racist because we are Arabs she said (la la la la la )your language, in front our faces when we were speaking with her, I was robbed by this hotel and I filed an official complaint with the police station. From the beginning of my arrival, I was not satisfied with the way they treated customers. The first day I went to buy perfumes and gifts and I had the bills. The second day I went out with my friend and we ran into the cleaning lady and she said, “I will clean.” Your room. We returned to the hotel and found our new things missing. We told the hotel manager. She said I checked the cameras and the door locks. No one entered your room and you put in a do not disturb card!! The next day, the manager said, “Yes, the cleaning lady entered your room and did not clean the room because it was not tidy, and she put it in the Do Not Disturb system!” We told her why you lied. She apologized for her three lies, but she insisted that they did not rob us and did not want to show the cameras, but I live in the Netherlands and I believe in the honest police and the honest judiciary that will take its course. The issue is not money but a principle. Moreover, they do not clean the rooms and They do not put towels, and if you call them, they make you look for 4 minutes and then they hang up the phone. The worst hotel I have stayed in in my life. I regret my life. Also, the hotel is far from everything. There is nothing next to you. You are forced to pay money for delivery services.

In short, we were robbed by the cleaning staff, and the manager, whom I can't comprehend how she was hired at this hotel, is a dishonest and arrogant person. Throughout our stay, the room wasn't cleaned, and when we requested cleaning, they only brought us towels. I truly don't understand how these people can continue working with such incompetence.

Hotel Van Der Valk Schiedam is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, staff member Zainis went above and beyond to make us feel incredibly welcome. Their warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable. We can't wait to share this fantastic experience with all our friends and family, and we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a delightful getaway. Kudos to Zainis and the entire team for creating such a wonderful atmosphere!

This was my first experience at Van der valk hotel and it certainly won’t be my last, the rooms were clean and modern with all the amenities you could want and more. The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The hotel is in a ideal location and the food at their restaurant was simply delicious. Can’t wait for my next visit to Van der valk hotel.
